The Swimming Pool

Magnificent 40ft x 20ft indoor heated swimming pool (depth 9ft to 3ft) with brand new hot tub! The pool is heated to 31 degrees all year round. There is a substantial paved surround with seating areas and large sliding doors open to a patio area overlooking the grounds.

The Alpaca	Ben, Hector, Sammy, John and David live next door and their enclosure extends into the grounds, so there are plenty of places to see and meet them. You can even join in at feeding time! For the Kids	Under the stairs can be found oodles of baby and toddler toys - everything you will need to keep the little ones busy! There are plenty of plastic plates, bowls, cups and cutlery for the little ones in the kitchen. There is also a pram, double and single buggy, baby changing station with baby bath, baby bath seat and high chair, so no need to take up valuable space in your car! 215	christmas	Christmas at the Grange	The Grange is perfect for a Christmas gathering and we decorate it too!	Christmas at the Grange	The Grange is a very large house, perfect for hosting the most memorable of Christmas holidays. The house is decorated, with a tree in the hall, the lounge, the dining room and conservatory. And we also hang lights outside. There's plenty of room in the lounge for everyone, and for all the presents! There's also a big TV, so you can take in a festive movie or watch the big game! Ilfracombe, Lee, Lynton, pretty and interesting	The Surrounding Area	Ilfracombe, with its harbour, Victorian tunnelled beaches and wonderful seaside charm. Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde: fantastic sandy beaches within a few miles of Bicclescombe Grange. Perfect for a relaxing day in the sun or a splash in the sea. All are also well regarded for surfing. Sea, surf and sand not enough? Try Lee, just West of Ilfracombe. A beautiful village and lovely bay, with some sand, rock pools and delightful cliff-top walks.
